About these terms
These terms apply to learning evaluations, lessons, educational resources and related services supplied through XL Maths by MeandMath Education Private Limited. Booking or using a paid service indicates acceptance of the terms confirmed at booking.
Lessons and educational support
Lessons are planned according to the information supplied by the family and the student’s current needs. Educational progress depends on many factors; no particular grade or examination result can be guaranteed.
Bookings and payment
Fees, lesson frequency, payment dates and availability are confirmed before a booking is accepted. Families should check these details and raise any questions before payment.
Student participation
Students should attend on time with suitable equipment, internet access and required materials. Homework and assessment recommendations form part of the learning plan but remain the responsibility of the student to complete.
Resources and intellectual property
XL Maths notes, tests, worksheets, recordings and learning materials are for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. They must not be sold, republished or distributed without written permission.
Online services
Reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable online lessons. If a lesson is materially disrupted by a problem within our control, an appropriate rearrangement or credit will be discussed.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Families should notify us promptly if they believe a service has not been provided as agreed.
