Giving notice
Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements are confirmed in writing when lessons are booked. Families should provide as much notice as possible using the agreed contact method.
Late cancellations and missed lessons
Where the required notice is not provided, the lesson may be charged or treated as used unless an exception is agreed. A student who does not join the scheduled lesson may be treated as absent.
Rescheduling
Requests are subject to tutor availability and are not guaranteed. Any agreed replacement lesson should be taken within the period communicated to the family.
Cancellations by XL Maths
If XL Maths must cancel a lesson, the family will be offered a rearranged session, credit or other appropriate remedy.
Packages and ending regular lessons
Any notice period, remaining credit or refund arrangement for a package or regular timetable is governed by the booking confirmation supplied to the family.
