Our commitment
XL Maths is committed to the welfare and safety of every student. Online lessons should be conducted in an appropriate environment with clear professional boundaries and respectful communication.
Parent and guardian involvement
A parent or guardian should provide accurate contact information, remain aware of lesson arrangements and be available when reasonably required. Administrative communication concerning a child should normally include the parent or guardian.
Online lesson conduct
- Students and educators must communicate respectfully.
- Personal contact outside agreed learning channels should be avoided.
- Lessons must not be recorded, photographed or shared without permission.
- Concerns should be reported promptly to the company.
Responding to concerns
Any concern about a student’s safety or the conduct of an adult will be taken seriously, documented and escalated appropriately. Where necessary, relevant authorities or safeguarding organisations may be contacted.
Emergency situations
XL Maths is not an emergency service. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service without delay.
Contact
Safeguarding concerns should be sent to the official company email shown on this page with “Safeguarding” in the subject line.
